Murder is wrong.
Pogroms are wrong.
Using a murder to incite a pogrom against a small and vulnerable group in society is wrong.
(If I’m not mistaken, an assassination was the excuse for the mob but state-sanctioned violence in Russia in 1881 that gave us the term “pogrom.”)
