I don't know much about Pasternak, but I can relate to him in the sense that he enjoys work and wants to spend as much time as possible on it. Meanwhile, the girl in the vid just complains he is working a lot, and looks really bored. Had a similar experience in my last relationship, where my ex-girlfriend wanted to do stuff all the time. It drained me a lot because I felt guilty saying no so often. Eventually, it just became a burden that I couldn't stand anymore. How do I find a gf who has drive on her own, and doesn't mind me knocking off 12h straight without interruptions? Haha, real though...
