my team and i did a 6 hours long retro this weekend on @0xMegaMafia 2.0 offsite. we talked about the good, the meh and next step. one thing that jumped to us was the idea of abundance ( i know it can be cringe!!) an abundant ecosystem means: - new ideas and narratives are encouraged - everyone is rooting for each other's success - builders explore synergy whenever necessary - people hold each other accountable ( calling out bullshit) we need to foster this mindset without forcing it into people's behavior ( forced behavior backfires) perhaps more boat ride around the copenhagen canal would do the trick
