it's so simple but launchpads come down to supply and demand supply driven by: do founders, artists, creators, etc trust and believe in your ecosystem? demand driven by: do the buyers believe in the mission and are they aligned with it? "BD" is lame because people spend too much time catering to one side or the other without reaching enough balance and it all starts from the top of do you have a narrative that you actually champion
biggest issue is people dont define their mission or champion their own narrative this then creates situations where others define it for you because you dont put your balls on the table to set the standard and perception
define your mission champion it show you stand on your word over and over again demonstrate how your mission has worked keep championing it keep standing on your word keep putting it out there more you do it, more like-minded people will orient around the mission
reason memecoins and cult coins worked is because usually some community member has the stones to define the mission murad, kmoney, bonkguy, dip wheeler more founders should take notes on this imo
some of the best examples of founders inspiring belief take this approach: jeff, luca, osf
questions to ask yourself if you're a builder: - do people understand my brand? - if not, have i dont a good enough job explaining the story? - if not, why? offshoot from this: why should builders believe in my brand? why should buyers believe things built on our brand?
need to a better job being on break (opened twitter while procrastinating a work break), but thought this needed to be said because a lot of "builders" dont get this
point of this all: fucking set and define your mission and stand on it and champion it dont dance around it dont caveat dont hedge aint no such thing as half-way founders
